本年度より新たに発売いたしました山シリーズは、交野産の米を使用し、豊かな旨みと酸味、キレが調和した純米大吟醸原酒です。

自然豊かな交野の大地が育てた米と、生駒山系の清冽な軟水、そして歴史ある交野の里の風情の結晶をぜひご賞味ください。

山嵐は火入れ、山風は生酒です。ともに大門酒造内の販売所、オンラインショップ、大門酒造のお酒の取扱店さまでご購入いただけます。

Our Yama series Sake which we have released this year has made with  local Katano rice. This Junmai Daiginjo Genshu will give you a rich UMAMI and fresh acidity with a sharp tail.

We hope you will enjoy this nectar of Katano brewed Sake with the blessing of the soil and the pure mountain water from Ikoma mountain range based on our tradition since 1826.
